Please let me know at the time of booking your reason for scheduling a session so that I may best prepare for my appointment with you. Think of it as some area (physical, emotional, psycho-spiritual) in your life you would like to shift.

Please let me know at the time of booking your reason for scheduling a session so that I may best prepare for my appointment with you. Think of it as some area (physical, emotional, psycho-spiritual) in your life you would like to shift.
What to wear:
Ideally come to the session wearing clothes you could go to a yoga class in. Thin, soft, comfy pieces without zippers, collars, hoods and lots of buttons are good. Please refrain from wearing scents.
What to plan for:
Acutonics sessions are 90 mins. A 60 min. session + an additional 20 mins. before to connect and an additional 10 mins. after to transition.
Biofield Tuning sessions are 75 minutes.
How to prepare:
Come well hydrated.
If receiving a Biofield Tuning session, have on hand 1# of sea salt for post session salt bath.
I encourage clients not to plan anything immediately after any session, allowing some spaciousness to completely feel their new vibratory state.
